For the Malbec a pungent soft cheese is ideal such as Provolone, Gorgonzola, or Blue Cheese. For the Chilean Sauvignon Blanc a light, briny cheese such a Goat Cheese, Creme Fraiche or even creamy herbed/garlic cheese such as Boursin.
