This Training is over the course of 5 Weeks
[ AM OR PM Classes are Available ]

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
9am to 12:30pm OR 6pm to 9:30pm

Weekends: 9am to 5pm

Tuesdays: No class

* Vedic Thai Massage
* Yoga Diet and Vegan Cooking Classes
* Chakras and Energy Healing
* The Business of Yoga
* The 5 Levels of Consciousness
* Yoga Sutras
* Sanskrit Studies and the Power of Mantras
* Yoga Nidra
* Relaxation Techniques
* Intro to Kundalini Yoga as Taught By Yogi Bhajan
* Sound Healing Techniques
* Advance Asanas, Hip openers, Arm Balances
* Dynamic Meditation and Movement
* Ayurveda [Holistic Healing]
