Sometimes feeling cramped isn't even about a space. With so many voices taking up room in our minds, it can be a challenge to be fully present and feel expansive. Yet, when we recognize the voices and notice the monkey mind at play, we can begin to hear more clearly. By being aware and mindful, we no longer have to be limited or confined by our "thinking" but rather become liberated. Sure, the voices will make themselves feel comfy and at home, but we can definitely have a better relationship with our newfound roommates.

The Sunday Celebration is our most popular service all week. Our community comes together to celebrate with live music, meditation, and an inspirational relevant message that empowers abundant and meaningful living. This experience will leave you buzzing with energy and uplifted with inspiration.
