Around the World Gala and Silent Auction

The 2017 “Around the World Culinary Tour and Auction”, sponsored by Marriott Worldwide Business Councils, South Florida will be held at the Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel on April 5, 2017. The dinner and auction will benefit the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism, a program currently in 15 Miami-Dade County senior high schools for students interested in pursuing college and careers in the tourism industry.

The “Around the World Culinary Tour and Auction,” will feature gourmet cuisine from Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Attendees will interact with Chefs and Academy of Hospitality & Tourism students as they balance creative artistry and gourmet food production. Tickets are $125 per person or $1100 for a table of ten for the gala culinary tour.

This year’s auction items will be posted for bidding online from March1st to March 31st, 2017 at www.biddingforgood.com/aoht.  The bidding will resume in a live-auction format at the event April 5th.. Special auction items will be featured only at the dinner in a live auction.
