Cancellations with a full refund must be made 2 business days prior to the event.

About Traymore by Michael Schwartz
 

COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach is a unique collaboration at Traymore restaurant with Chef Michael Schwartz, a Philadelphia-born, James Beard award-winning chef, and cookbook author. The menus are a direct reflection of COMO's 20-year commitment to healthy yet flavourful cooking. Grounded in the Eastern philosophy of balance, the dishes are light yet grounded by the earthier tastes of umami, a savoury, almost meaty taste, considered a pillar in our taste sensations. There is a Raw Bar, for healthy dishes such as royal red shrimp marinated in coconut milk and lime. Our Market Table showcases fresh meat, fish and vegetable dishes from beef carpaccio with heart of palm, to a wok-charred wild salmon four-sprout salad.  Staying true to the original design inspired by Miami's Art Deco Golden Age, the restaurant incorporates tropical influences from the hotel's coastal surroundings; an element that is central to both food and design. In addition to rolling out breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch menus, Chef Michael Schwartz oversees food and beverage served throughout the property, including in-room dining and the pool area.
