Claudia leads a seven Level Mega-Agent team in Spokane, Washington that closes over 550 transactions per year.  She has used the Millionaire Real Estate Agent strategies to keep her business going at this high level while moving clear across the country to Coral Gables so she can be closer to family.  Claudia now oversees the Coral Gables market center. Claudia believes in a group approach to success and credits her Team for the cooperative effort in helping more clients every year.  Claudia is also the founder of KW Colombia which launched in Cali and Bogota in 2017 and just opened in Medellin this year.
