- Imported from Rome, La Moderna will offer a full menu of modern Italian dishes from la cucina (the kitchen), skillfully crafted cocktails and pizza.
“We look forward to delivering a truly unique experience to the Miami market with our skillfully crafted interpretation of modern Italian cooking, quality libations and refined atmosphere,” says La Moderna owner Luca D’Angelo, who has also successfully owned and operated Fratelli La Bufala since 2005.
