Charlotte Hoffman

Charlotte Hoffman is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background and a passion for environmental sciences. Originally from New York, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, where she double majored in Ecosystem Science & Policy and Geography & Sustainable Development.

During her four years at UM, Charlotte actively engaged in diverse research projects under the guidance of four esteemed professors. Her contributions spanned various fields, including public health, climate change, and coral studies. One of her key strengths lies in utilizing GIS mapping technology to analyze data, providing valuable insights for public officials, healthcare professionals, scientists, and academia.

Charlotte's commitment to addressing pressing environmental issues and her proficiency in leveraging advanced technology make her a valuable asset in any professional setting. Her academic achievements and research experience showcase her ability to tackle complex challenges and contribute meaningfully to the fields of Ecosystem Science & Policy and Geography & Sustainable Development.

COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the CRED council is to provide a forum where industry professionals and property owners can discuss issues, share experience, and develop creative solutions to the unique challenges that we face on Miami Beach. We aim to support our members with meaningful opportunities to network, share experiences, and engage with industry leaders, offering knowledge and expertise covering all aspects of the Real Estate cycle, from development through sales and ongoing management of real properties.
