Please plan to join us for the May meeting of the
Education Council.

The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Education Council works closely with principals, teachers, parents, administrators, students & Chamber businesses. The Committee provides a forum where education issues can be discussed among school system decision makers & local businesses in order to improve Miami Beach’s public & private schools. The mission of the committee is to unite the business & education communities of Miami Beach for the benefit of the City’s
businesses & residents.

Some of the Committee’s accomplishments include an education brochure for realtors, formation of the Miami Beach High School Construction Advisory Committee in collaboration with the Government Affairs Committee, & awarding the Elayne Weisburd Excellence in Education Award, to the Chamber’s Miami Beach Educator of the Year.
The Chamber was named the
2003 Miami Today, Best of Miami
regarding education.
