The Financial Literacy Boot Camp will feature 9 category specific business stations to help graduating seniors learn about the real world and how to make, spend,  and save money as well as balance their budgets. From opening a check book to paying for their education, buying their first car and home, finding the right insurance policy, choosing a phone plan, and ultimately saving to make sure they balance their family budget.
 
An initiative of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Financial Literacy Boot Camp was created to support the Chamber’s Education Foundation, which serves to bring together the strengths and resources of the community to support the needs of public education in Miami Beach and help our students prosper.

Participating schools are Miami Beach Senior High School, Booker T. Washington High School, and Miami Northwestern Senior High School.
 
In terms of the details of the Financial Literacy Boot Camp, each station is a category specific business topic and it is our hope that you will consider supporting this initiative by sponsoring the Health Category.  With your support in celebrating the future of our business community with activities and youth programming, you company will receive publicity and a list of marketing benefits as well as the chance to brand the entire station as your sales office for these students.  We have selected your company because of your strong support of the Chamber and ask that you help us reach out goals and mission this December.
