Post-Irma Stress Relief Acupuncture ~ Complimentary

Come on in for complimentary auricular acupuncture treatments to help calm, de-stress & integrate into daily life again after the storm! 5 very fine sterile acupuncture needles will be placed in each ear, and remain for approx 30 minutes. Enjoy the calming ambience of relaxing essential oils scents and soothing sounds as we relax together as a group. 

Hopefully most of us are settled into our lives again after Hurricane Irma stirred many of us up into evacuating or rushing around for enough supplies to bunker down for possibly weeks!

As we clean up and re-organize our beloved Miami Beach, which gratefully didn't get the brunt of the storm, and integrate into our daily lives from the stresses of the storm and coming back, while some without power still, it's important to give our bodies, minds & nervous systems a time to relax so we can live optimally.
