A bit about your instructor:

Zach Younger entered the real estate industry with Keller Williams in 2010 as the Technology Coordinator in Elk Grove, CA. He was an IGNITE Trainer during the original launch and worked with KWU to develop and beta test IGNITE 2.0. In addition to being a founding Technology Ambassador for KWRI, Zach is a member of the Product Advisory Groups for both the KW Mobile and the KW Websites. He implemented the Growth Initiative and the Career Growth Initiative while serving as an Assistant Team Leader, Agent Service Coordinator, and the Director of Marketing & Technology. As a Realtor using the Keller Williams systems, he ascended to the top 20% in his market center in just 3 months while working only 5-10 hours per week in his real estate business. Zach Younger is definitely on the cutting-edge of Keller Williams systems and technology and can help your agents stay ahead of the curve.

Ana Imia Fins, Ph.D. received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami. Her training has focused primarily in the area of Health Psychology and her specific interests cover the areas of sleep medicine, life-threatening illness and coping with chronic illness. She teaches several courses as part of the Health Psychology Concentration curriculum, which include Professional and Ethical Issues in Health Psychology and Psychological Interventions with Medical Patients.

She also teaches courses for the doctoral program, the Master's in Mental Health Counseling program and Specialist in School Psychology program. Her current research endeavors focus on sleep and chronic illness. One study focuses on evaluating the efficacy of a behavioral intervention for insomnia with HIV+ individuals. A second study evaluates subjective and objective sleep parameters in women with breast cancer and assesses sleep changes as a function of a cognitive behavioral stress management intervention in these women.

Designed as a mango lover?s festival, Bingo, Bango, That?s My Mango promises to be a juicy jubilee celebrating Miami?s favorite seasonal fruit, as well as local community farms and purveyors. The event is free and open to the public.

Held at Miami Beach?s first food hall nestled just off Lincoln Lane, Bingo, Bango, That?s My Mango is a family-friendly event featuring unique programming, entertainment, food sampling, games, live demonstrations, shopping from local artisans and a mango contest where locals compete to win prizes and a Mango trophy.

Each of the Lincoln Eatery?s 13 food purveyors will create a custom, mango-inspired dish showcasing different varieties of mango from various local farms. Patrons are invited to sample as many recipes as possible through a fun Bingo style game called M-A-N-G-O where one crosses off squares as they taste for a chance to win prizes.

Locals are encouraged to submit their homegrown mangos into a mango tasting contest with a celebrity panel of judges, where winners take home prizes for biggest, smallest, ugliest and juiciest mango. Surplus mangos will be collected and donated to the Miami Rescue Mission.
