Currently serving as the Development Director for The Posse Foundation in Miami, where we identify, recruit, and train exceptional young leaders from urban public high schools and send them in “Posses” to top colleges and universities across the country.

With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, I bring a deep background in building networks, elevating brand visibility, and leading programs that inspire lifelong engagement. A collaborative and motivated professional, I excel at cultivating relationships, engaging volunteers, developing leadership, and partnering with donors to align philanthropic goals while ensuring meaningful stewardship.
