I moved to Miami in February of 2020, just before lockdown from Manhattan. I wanted to be in south FL to better focus on flood control, sea-level rise, and mitigation efforts here, like everyone else I had no idea that we would go into lockdown shortly after.
It has been a long year of not being able to meet new people both personally and professionally, I am excited to be a part of the chamber, and hit the ground running getting involved with the organization, and the community.
I have been with US Flood Control for 16 years, I am from Canada, I moved to New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, and stayed there until Superstorm Sandy hit New York. I spent 7 years in NYC before moving here to enjoy the weather and work in what is a very conducive area for our business.
I look forward to meeting everyone!
